The change happens due to some forces, which may or may not be suitable for the employees every time. External Forces The force that originates from outside of the organization is external force. Companies need to manage diversity within the population of a particular place if they want the maximum contribution from employees. Technological Force Every industry is using technology for better productivity and competitiveness in the market. To remain competitive in the market, every organization change to update their technology. Market Force The global economy is one of the biggest factors to bring changes in the organizations.
